Very poor communication, even when directly asked for an update. COBRA make promises then never follow up - even returning phone calls. They simply don't do what they're paid to do and are hostile when simple customer service is requested. They are con merchants as much as any debtor. Unreliable, dishonest and treat clients like debtors. Avoid at all costs.

Great Result all within 36 hours of the ink drying. We had been chasing this Debtor for over 12 months without any response and thought it was a lost cause until we contacted Cobra. We was cautious at first however Cobra set our minds at rest with their professional approach. From the first point of contact to obtaining a result we were guided through the process, our debtor received a visit the next morning and Vincent and Kelly worked brilliantly together against the Debtor, payment was made all within 36 hours. A terrific result and such a shock to have the matter resolved so quickly. If you have debtors prolonging you do not fall into the trap i did and allow the debtor near on 12 months to provide lie after lie employ a professional debt collector to obtain your monies back.

I was owed some money by my employer and had not received a payment for over a year and so, I decided to contact Cobra. From the Bark enquiry to recovery off my monies they were easy to contact a;d understood my situation and was told they could help. I always watch them on television and thought I would give them a try. They were extremely professional, they had all the information at hand, acted swiftly and took in to consideration my circumstances. They literally knocked the situation and my debtors dispute out the park. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is owed money. I couldn’t fault them for anything. I would definitely use them again if I was ever in the same position again. They are as professional and swift in real life as they are on their YouTube videos
